Mr. Ndonwie Peter is a distinguished development practitioner and humanitarian advocate with over 24 years of impactful leadership in Africa and Europe. A native of Cameroon, he has championed the rights of women and children through his enduring commitment to sustainable development, social justice, and community empowerment.

As the Founder and Director of the Pan African Organisation for Research and Protection of Violence on Women and Children (PAORP-VWC), Mr. Ndonwie has spearheaded a wide array of programs focused on gender equality, child rights protection, and rural development. His strategic partnerships with organizations such as Educo Spain, Anesvad Foundation, and Child Right Africa (KiRA) Germany have produced measurable results across Ghana, Cameroon, and Côte d’Ivoire—ranging from combatting child marriage to promoting access to education and health services in underserved regions.

Armed with a rich academic background—including an MSc in Humanitarian Studies from the University of Liverpool and a Masters in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid—Mr. Ndonwie combines theory and practice with precision. His professional accomplishments have garnered international recognition, including multiple awards from Reach for Change Sweden and The Eye News Paper in Cameroon.

Mr. Ndonwie has also served as a policy advisor and program designer for several high-impact initiatives, notably contributing to Ghana’s National Strategic Framework for Ending Child Marriage. His expertise has been sought by global institutions including the Parliamentarians for Global Action USA and the Ghanaian Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection.
