Saad Bin Aziz is a prominent figure in the field of education in Pakistan, serving as the Managing Director of the Urdu Academy Sindh and the Executive Director of Teachers Development and Curriculum Designing at the MCDC and Schooling System. With a robust background in educational publishing, his firm supplies textbooks to numerous government and private schools across the Sindh province, making a significant impact on the quality of education available to students.

 

Saad’s educational journey began with his O Level and A Level qualifications from prestigious Cambridge institutions in Karachi. He furthered his studies with a B.Sc. in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University in the United Kingdom, followed by an MBA in Finance from Greenwich University in Karachi. Additionally, he is part-qualified in ACCA, having successfully completed nine out of fourteen papers, which reflects his dedication to professional excellence.

 

Beyond his educational credentials, Saad is deeply committed to teacher training and development. He conducts annual training sessions for approximately 25,000 teachers, focusing on essential topics such as effective classroom management, ethics in education, differentiated instruction, child psychology, and parental counseling. His initiatives have led to increased awareness of critical issues, including anti-drug programs in schools, positioning him as a leader in educational reform.

 

Over the past decade, Saad has trained more than 200,000 teachers throughout Sindh, significantly enhancing the pedagogical skills and ethical standards of educators in the region. His contributions have been recognized by several professional associations, including the Rotary Club of Educational Development Karachi and the Pakistan Academic Consortium, among others.
