He is also an accredited trainer recognized by the Malaysian Human Resource Department (HRD Corp) and a certified energy manager by the Malaysian Energy Commission. He notably led the first ISO 9000 certification in Malaysia for Audio Electronics (Philips Group) in 1991, setting industry benchmarks for quality standards.
