In addition to his academic achievements, Dr. Bowei has played a key role in founding the International ArtsGames Percussion Federation and the Africa-Trinidad and Tobago Steelpan Development Company Ltd. These initiatives aim to harness the power of the arts as a tool for cultural development and youth empowerment, providing platforms for personal and professional growth.
